	Cleaning my Deck


	Prepare Area:
	Remove all furniture items from the deck. Attach the 25° nozzle to your Kärcher gasoline pressure washer and spray away any leaves or loose dirt.

	Apply Detergent:
	Attach the Detergent Nozzle and apply Kärcher’s environmentally friendly Deck and Patio Cleaner detergent to the surface and allow it to soak for 3-5 minutes. The detergent will break down any oils or surface film for more effective cleaning. Do not allow the detergent to dry.

Power Clean:

Reattach the 25° nozzle. Working away from the pressure washer, begin cleaning in a continuous side-to-side sweeping motion. Keep the nozzle moving constantly and at a consistent distance from the surface to prevent uneven cleaning or surface damage. 	Rinse Deck:
	Give the deck a final rinse with the 25° nozzle. This will flush away any remaining detergent or dirt. Allow the deck to dry for 24-28 hours before staining or sealing.
