Cleaning Outdoor Sheds and Storage Buildings


Apply Detergent:
Using the Vario Spray Wand on the low-pressure setting (2), apply Kärcher’s environmentally friendly Exterior House Cleaner detergent to one side of the building, working from the bottom up. Allow the detergent to soak for 1-2 minutes. Do not allow the detergent to dry.

Power Clean:
Use the Vario Spray Wand’s high-pressure setting (1) to clean the side from the top down in a side-to-side motion. To reach the eaves or roof peak, use Kärcher’s 4-Piece Extension Wand. The Soft Bristle Wash Brush will help remove heavy soil, mildew or algae.

Tip:

A large bucket or pond can provide a convenient water source for remote sheds when used with Kärcher’s Water Suction Hose.

(1) If your Kärcher pressure washer came equipped with a Quattro-Nozzle Spray Wand, use its high-pressure fanjet setting for similar results.

(2) If your Kärcher pressure washer came equipped with a Quattro-Nozzle Spray Wand, use its low-pressure detergent setting for similar results.

For optimum results, always test a small inconspicuous area before starting a cleaning project with your pressure washer.
