GFCI Testing Instructions

» How to Test your Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI)

Kärcher residential electric pressure washers are equipped with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) for your protection. The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends that you test all GFCI's once a month. Since the frequency of pressure washer use varies, we recommend that you test the GFCI as part of your startup procedure each time you use your pressure washer.
